Turkey Meatballs with Sun-dried Tomatoes

The sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, sundried tomatoes, olive oil, onion, basil, garlic, cheese, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- With wet hands, form the mixture into 10-12 meatballs.
- For baking, place the meatballs on a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. For pan-searing, heat oil in a skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Simmer the cooked meatballs in marinara sauce for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish with torn basil leaves and serve over pasta or with vegetables.
