Easy Turkey Meatballs

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, drizzling it with olive oil.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, parsley, basil, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 3. Roll the mixture into balls about 2-3 tablespoons in size and place them on the prepared baking sheet, brushing the tops with olive oil.
- 4. Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until slightly browned.
- 5. Let the meatballs rest for ten minutes before serving or add them to a simmering sauce.
