Instructions
- Fill a shallow saucepan with water and bring it to a simmer.
- Add vinegar to the water and turn off the heat.
- Carefully lower the eggs into the water and cover the pot.

- Uncover the pot and transfer the eggs to a towel-lined plate.
- Let the eggs rest for 30 to 60 seconds before serving.
