Instructions
- Fill a pot with water to a depth of about 4 inches and bring it to a boil.
- Add vinegar to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat to keep the water at a low simmer.
- Create a whirlpool in the water by stirring it in a circular motion.
- Crack an egg into a bowl and gently tip it into the center of the whirlpool.
- Cook the egg for 2-4 minutes, depending on your desired doneness.
- Use a slotted spoon to lift the egg out of the water and drain it on a paper towel.
