Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease the cake pan.
- Prepare the streusel by mixing sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt, then adding lemon zest and butter until crumbly.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt for the cake.
- In another bowl, combine sugar, butter, egg, vanilla, and remaining lemon zest.
- Alternate adding milk and the flour mixture to the sugar mixture, then fold in blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the streusel on top.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with a glaze made from powdered sugar and lemon juice.
