Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
- Cream the butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in sour cream and vanilla until well combined.
- Sift together cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt in a separate bowl.
- With the mixer on low, gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the cinnamon filling.
- In another bowl, prepare the streusel topping by mixing the ingredients until crumbly.
- Spoon half of the batter into the prepared pan, spread evenly, and top with the cinnamon filling.
- Add the remaining batter on top and finish with the streusel topping.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool on a wire rack for 30-45 minutes before transferring to a serving platter.
