Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- For the streusel, mix flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients for the cake.
- Cream the butter and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream and vanilla.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Spread half of the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half of the streusel, then add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the streusel.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before drizzling with the vanilla glaze and cutting into squares.
