Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 7x5-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Add melted butter and combine well, then stir in flour and refrigerate.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, beating until combined.
- Mix in sour cream, then alternate adding the flour mixture and milk until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and sprinkle the streusel mixture on top.
- Bake for 28 to 34 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs.
- Cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
