Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Make the filling by mixing brown sugar, cane sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Prepare the crumble topping by mixing flour, brown sugar, cane sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl, then adding butter and mixing until crumbly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt for the cake.
- Cream the butter in a stand mixer, then add sugar and mix. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, and mix in vanilla.
- Alternately mix in the dry ingredients and Greek yogurt, starting and ending with the dry ingredients.
- Spread half the batter in the prepared pan, sprinkle with the filling, then dollop the remaining batter on top and smooth it out.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the batter.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
