Instructions
- Combine chives, parsley, and garlic in a small bowl and set aside.
- Add wine to the fondue pot and heat over medium until steaming.
- Toss shredded Gruyere cheese with cornstarch in another bowl.
- Add Gruyere and goat cheese to the pot and cook over medium-low heat, stirring often until melted.
- Once melted, reduce heat to low and stir in lemon juice, black pepper, and the herb mixture.
