Smoky 3 Cheese Fondue

The croissants

large
croissants, sliced into sticks

butter, softened

garlic, grated

basil, chopped

Instructions
- Toss the cubed cheeses with cornstarch and cayenne in a bowl.
- Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic and discard the garlic.
- Pour wine, brandy, and truffle oil into the pot and heat over medium-low until bubbling.
- Add cheese gradually, stirring until melted and combined.
- Season with nutmeg and pepper, keeping warm until serving.
- Mix butter, garlic, and basil in a bowl and spread on both sides of the croissants.
- Toast the croissants in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve the fondue immediately with the toasted croissants and assorted veggies.
