For the Board

Instructions
- For the Swiss Fondue, toss the shredded cheeses with cornstarch in a bowl.
- Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic and discard the garlic.
- Pour the white wine into the pot and heat over medium-low until bubbling.
- Gradually add the cheese, stirring until melted and combined, then season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- For the Cheddar Fondue, repeat the same process using beer instead of wine and adding mustard powder and blue cheese if desired.
- Keep both fondues warm over low heat until ready to serve.
- Arrange the fondues on a large board and surround them with breads, fruits, vegetables, meats, honey, and nuts.
