The shrimp

shrimp, shelled and deveined
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, pitted black olives, and capers, and stir.
- Add the shrimp and pour in the white wine or cooking sake and mirin.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through and the tomatoes have broken down.
- Season with salt, ground black pepper, and cayenne pepper, then stir in the chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with a squirt of lemon juice if desired.
