Instructions
- Prepare the pepita lime sauce by blending all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Cook the farro either on the stovetop or in an Instant Pot.
- Steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes, then add the kale and steam for an additional minute.
- Assemble the bowls by dividing farro and chickpeas among them, topping with steamed vegetables and drizzling with sauce.
