Vegetarian Leek Quiche Pie

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Add the leeks, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 12 minutes until softened.
- 4. Remove the leeks from the skillet, drain well, and allow to cool slightly.
- 5. Place the quiche dough in a pie tin and spread the leeks in the dough-lined tin, seasoning well.
- 6. Mix the eggs with the cream and pour over the leeks.
- 7. Cover with cheese, sprinkle with nutmeg, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
