Ingredients

The salad

  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 12 oz jarred marinated artichokes, drained
  • ½ cup black olives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

The dressing

  • to taste Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Spread chopped romaine lettuce in a salad bowl.
  2. Add salami, prosciutto, artichokes, sliced provolone, mozzarella, olives, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
  3. Serve with Italian dressing.
