Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix well.
- Prepare the meats and cheeses by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Drain the olives and any brined vegetables, and slice the red onion and grape tomatoes.
- Place the salad greens in a bowl and top with the prepared antipasto items.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad, starting with half and adding more as needed.
- Toss the salad until everything is well coated in dressing and serve.
