The dressing

dijon mustard

Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by combining all dressing ingredients in a jar and shaking well, or whisking them together in a bowl.
- Place the lettuce in a large bowl and toss with half of the dressing.
- Cut the salami, prosciutto, and larger vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Layer the meats, cheese, olives, chickpeas, and vegetables on top of the greens.
- Drizzle the remaining dressing over the salad.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
