Ingredients

The salad

  • 8 oz Salami (chopped)
  • 6 oz Prosciutto (chopped)
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella balls
  • 2 cups Grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup Pepperoncini peppers (drained, chopped)
  • 1 14-oz can Artichoke hearts (drained, chopped)
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil (cut into ribbons)

The dressing

  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt (to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the salami, mozzarella, prosciutto, tomatoes, pepperoncinis, artichoke hearts, and olives to the bowl and toss to combine.
  3. Add the fresh basil right before serving.
