Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Add the salami, mozzarella, prosciutto, tomatoes, pepperoncinis, artichoke hearts, and olives to the bowl and toss to combine.
- Add the fresh basil right before serving.
