Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Water (divided into ½ cup and ¼ cup)
  • 12 oz Strawberries (quartered)
  • cup Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 2 tbsp Unflavored gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Combine ¼ cup water and strawberries in a saucepan, bring to a boil while mashing the berries.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-7 minutes until the berries are soft.
  3. In a small bowl, pour the remaining ½ cup water and sprinkle the gelatin powder, whisking immediately.
  4. Strain the berry mixture through a fine mesh sieve to extract the juice, ensuring you have ¾ cup.
  5. Return the juice to the saucepan, add the sweetener, and stir until dissolved.
  6. Stir in the bloomed gelatin and heat gently until fully dissolved.
  7. Use a dropper to fill gummy bear molds with the mixture.
  8. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set, then remove from molds.
