Instructions
- Combine ¼ cup water and strawberries in a saucepan, bring to a boil while mashing the berries.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 4-7 minutes until the berries are soft.
- In a small bowl, pour the remaining ½ cup water and sprinkle the gelatin powder, whisking immediately.
- Strain the berry mixture through a fine mesh sieve to extract the juice, ensuring you have ¾ cup.
- Return the juice to the saucepan, add the sweetener, and stir until dissolved.
- Stir in the bloomed gelatin and heat gently until fully dissolved.
- Use a dropper to fill gummy bear molds with the mixture.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set, then remove from molds.
