gelatin
Instructions
- Prepare gummy bear molds on a baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice and honey, then heat on low while whisking.
- Gradually add gelatin to the mixture, whisking until dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
- Use a dropper to fill the molds with the mixture and refrigerate or freeze to set.
- Once set, remove gummy bears from molds and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
