Ingredients

  • ¾ cup pomegranate juice (or juice of your flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin

Instructions

  1. Prepare gummy bear molds on a baking sheet.
  2. In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice and honey, then heat on low while whisking.
  3. Gradually add gelatin to the mixture, whisking until dissolved.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
  5. Use a dropper to fill the molds with the mixture and refrigerate or freeze to set.
  6. Once set, remove gummy bears from molds and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
