Fruit Juice Sweetened Gummy Bears

Instructions
- 1. Bring the juice to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- 2. Allow the juice to cool for 3 minutes, then stir in the lemon juice and stevia.
- 3. Gradually whisk in the gelatin to avoid lumps.
- 4. Let the mixture cool almost to room temperature, then pour it into gummy bear molds.
- 5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- 6. Store the gummy bears in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
