Instructions
- Combine the kombucha and/or fruit juice in a blender with the fruit and honey, and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the blended mixture to a small saucepan.
- Heat the mixture over medium-low heat until it starts to simmer, without boiling.
- Whisk in the gelatin powder gradually, ensuring it dissolves completely.
- Return the mixture to low heat for an additional minute.
- Quickly pour the mixture into molds or a lined baking dish.
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes until hardened.
- Once set, remove from molds or cut into squares if using a baking dish.
