Harvest Apple Salad

crumbled goat cheese

Instructions
- Mix the apple juice, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
- Add the canola oil to the mixture and stir well.
- On each plate, place 1 ½ cups of greens.
- Top each plate with ¼ of the apple slices.
- Sprinkle ½ ounce of goat cheese and 1 tablespoon of walnuts on each salad.
- Shake or stir the dressing before drizzling 2 tablespoons over each salad.
- If not serving immediately, store leftover dressing in the fridge and toss apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.
