Instructions
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a jar and mix well.
- Taste the dressing and adjust sweetness with lemon juice or more honey if needed.
- Set the dressing aside while you prepare the salad.

- Arrange mixed greens in a large bowl and top with apple, onion, cranberries, and pecans.
