Instructions
- Rinse the brown rice in a strainer.
- Add the rice and water to the Instant Pot or pressure cooker.
- Stir to combine.
- Seal the lid of the pot, select high pressure, and set the timer for 15 minutes.
- Once the timer goes off, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes.
- Carefully move the top valve to venting and release any remaining pressure manually.
- Serve the Instant Pot brown rice.
