Instructions
- Rinse the brown rice under running water in a fine-mesh strainer.
- Add the rinsed rice and water to the Instant Pot and stir.
- Close and lock the lid, ensuring the release valve is set to 'sealed'. Press 'Pressure Cook' and set the timer for 20 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, let the rice sit in the Instant Pot for an additional 3 to 5 minutes on 'Keep Warm'.
- After 3 to 5 minutes, release any remaining steam by setting the steam release valve to 'Venting'.
- Open the lid and fluff the brown rice. Serve as is or season to taste.
