Instructions
- Rinse the rice well using a large mesh strainer until the water runs clear.
- Add the rinsed rice, water (or broth), and salt to the Instant Pot.
- Cook on Manual at High Pressure for 20 minutes.
- Allow for a natural release of steam for about 18 minutes.
- Open the pot, stir the rice, and serve.
