Instant Pot Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

The noodles

  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Water or Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 8 oz Uncooked Spaghetti Noodles

The sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • ¾ tsp Powdered Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  1. Turn on the Sauté setting and heat butter and oil.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, stirring frequently.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the sauce to the sautéed garlic and stir.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of water and stir, then turn off the sauté setting.
  6. Add the spaghetti noodles in a random pattern to minimize sticking.
  7. Pour the remaining cup of water over the noodles.
  8. Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to Sealing.
  9. Select Pressure Cook/Manual for 6 minutes on High Pressure.
  10. After cooking, let it sit for 3 minutes, then release remaining steam.
  11. Open the lid and stir the noodles.
  12. Let the pasta sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to separate any stuck noodles.
  13. Serve immediately.
