Instructions
- Turn on the Sauté setting and heat butter and oil.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, stirring frequently.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add the sauce to the sautéed garlic and stir.
- Pour in 1 cup of water and stir, then turn off the sauté setting.
- Add the spaghetti noodles in a random pattern to minimize sticking.
- Pour the remaining cup of water over the noodles.
- Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to Sealing.
- Select Pressure Cook/Manual for 6 minutes on High Pressure.
- After cooking, let it sit for 3 minutes, then release remaining steam.
- Open the lid and stir the noodles.
- Let the pasta sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to separate any stuck noodles.
- Serve immediately.
