Ingredients

The noodles

The sauce

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ stick butter, room temperature
  • tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon bottled grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste chopped scallions

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter, letting it melt.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until aromatic.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine.
  5. Incorporate the oyster sauce, Sriracha, and sugar into the noodles, stirring continuously.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir to coat the noodles thoroughly.
  7. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve immediately.
