Ingredients

The noodles

  • 2 stalks scallions, roots trimmed and cut into small rings

The sauce

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • tablespoons sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, ensuring the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sesame to the sauce, stirring well.
  4. Drain the cooked spaghetti and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add the sauce and scallions to the noodles, and stir to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
