Ingredients

The Noodles

  • 10 ounces fresh egg noodles

The Sauce

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • teaspoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Garnishes

  • ½ cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter, sesame oil, ginger, chili garlic sauce, and brown sugar if using.
  3. Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water.
  4. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to coat.
  5. Stir in the green onions and sesame seeds, then serve garnished with additional green onions and sesame seeds.
