Instructions
- Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
- Toss the cooked noodles with the dressing until well coated.
- Add in any optional vegetables and toss again.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
