Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package directions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together water and cornstarch, then mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, peanut butter, and sriracha.
- Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the sauce mixture to the saucepan and cook until it thickens slightly.
- Toss the drained noodles with the sauce and garnish with green onions, peanuts, and sesame seeds before serving.
