Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 410°F.
- In an oven-safe bowl, combine butter, oil, water, salt, and sugar, then place in the oven for about 15 minutes until boiling.
- Quickly mix in the flour until it forms a ball.
- Once cool enough to touch, press the dough into a tart mold and pierce the bottom with a fork.
- Bake for 15 minutes until light brown and cracked, then remove from the oven.
- In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone, confectioners sugar, lemon juice, zest, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Spread the mascarpone filling over the cooled tart shell and top with fresh berries.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
