Instructions
- Prepare the tart dough.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough and fit it into a tart pan, trimming excess dough.
- Prick the bottom of the shell with a fork, line with buttered foil, and fill with dried beans.
- Bake the shell for 10 minutes and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Pour the mascarpone mixture into the tart shell and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
- Allow the tart to cool and decorate with blackberries before refrigerating.
