Instructions
- 1. Blend feta cheese and cream cheese in a food processor until finely chopped.
- 2. Add olive oil and process until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Spoon the whipped feta into a serving container.
- 5. Top with artichokes, olives, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts, and parsley.
- 6. Serve with vegetables and crackers.
