Ingredients

The cheese layer

  • 6 oz crumbled Feta cheese
  • 2 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt

The hummus layer

  • 8 oz Sabra Classic Hummus

The vinaigrette and vegetables

  • 1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon dried basil
  • teaspoon oregano
  • teaspoon mustard
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • ½ cup diced grape tomatoes
  • 10 pieces pitted Kalamata olives, diced

Instructions

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine the Feta, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. 2. Spread the cheese mixture evenly in a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. 3. Layer the hummus over the cheese mixture and spread evenly.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Stir in the diced cucumbers, tomatoes, and olives until well combined.
  6. 6. Spread the vegetable mixture over the hummus layer and serve.
