Instructions
- Blend the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
- Slowly add olive oil and some reserved liquid from the beans while blending until the hummus reaches the desired consistency.
- Spread the hummus into an even layer in a baking dish.
- Mix Greek yogurt with parsley, dill, and remaining garlic, then spread over the hummus layer.
- Top with diced cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, feta, and red onions.
- Serve immediately with pita chips or chill before serving.
