Instructions
- Spread the hummus evenly in a 9x9-inch dish or similar platter.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper, then layer it over the hummus.
- Top the yogurt layer with cucumber, tomatoes, roasted red pepper, olives, feta, and green onions.
- Garnish with fresh dill or oregano, drizzle with olive oil, and add cracked black pepper.
- Serve with veggies, crackers, or pita chips.
