Mediterranean Hummus Dip Platter

fresh herbs (basil, mint, dill, etc.), chopped
For drizzling

extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Chop all of the vegetables and set them aside.
- Spread the hummus in a smooth layer in the bottom of a 12-inch round platter or serving dish.
- Carefully spread the tzatziki over the hummus, leaving a ½-inch border around the sides.
- Sprinkle the feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and red onion over the top.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and finish with a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Serve with crackers, fresh veggies, and/or whole wheat pita for dipping.
