Ingredients

For the Whipped Feta

  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the 7 Layer Dip

  • 10 oz. original hummus
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • ½ cup diced tomato
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup sliced kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, basil, and lemon juice until smooth to make the whipped feta.
  2. Spread the whipped feta evenly on the bottom of a large plate or an 8x8-inch dish.
  3. Layer the hummus on top of the whipped feta, followed by the diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, kalamata olives, and crumbled feta.
  4. Serve with pita chips or raw veggies.
