Ingredients

The dip

  • cups hummus
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 to 1½ cups chopped baby spinach
  • 1 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Seasoning

  • to taste Greek or other herb seasoning

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus on a serving plate.
  2. Dollop and spread the Greek yogurt over the hummus.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning over the yogurt.
  4. Top with chopped spinach, roasted red peppers, cucumbers, and feta cheese.
  5. Add more seasoning on top if desired.
  6. Serve immediately, or chill for up to an hour before serving.
