Ingredients

The dip layers

  • 6 ounces plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 8-ounce container original hummus
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • teaspoons coriander
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Toppings and dippers

  • cup honey-roasted chickpeas
  • cup quartered cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • to taste minced fresh cilantro
  • to serve cucumber slices
  • to serve mini bell peppers
  • to serve crackers
  • to serve naan bread

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt, tahini, and honey in a bowl and spread it on a platter.
  2. In another bowl, mix the hummus, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper, then spread this mixture over the yogurt layer.
  3. Top with roasted chickpeas, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  4. Serve with your choice of dippers.
