Instructions
- If desired, drain the yogurt in cheese cloth for 1-2 hours.
- Place the yogurt in a serving dish.
- Stir in the lemon juice and kosher salt.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and add freshly ground black pepper.
- Add any additional toppings as desired.
