Instructions
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl, mix coconut flour and set aside.
- Melt cashew butter and maple syrup in a microwave or stovetop, then mix until smooth.
- Combine the melted mixture with coconut flour and stir well.
- Fold in white chocolate pieces and dried raspberries, adjusting consistency with milk if needed.
- Form the dough into 12 balls and flatten them on the tray.
- Press down with a fork and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
