Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 cups cashew butter
  • cup maple syrup
  • 2-4 tablespoons white chocolate
  • 1-2 tablespoons dried raspberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut flour and set aside.
  3. Melt cashew butter and maple syrup in a microwave or stovetop, then mix until smooth.
  4. Combine the melted mixture with coconut flour and stir well.
  5. Fold in white chocolate pieces and dried raspberries, adjusting consistency with milk if needed.
  6. Form the dough into 12 balls and flatten them on the tray.
  7. Press down with a fork and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
