Ingredients

The base

  • ¾ cup organic plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar

The seasonings

  • 1 ¼ teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon milk or buttermilk

For garnish

  • to taste fresh dill, chives, parsley, or fresh herbs of choice

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, sour cream, and vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Add dried herbs and seasonings, and mix well.
  3. For a thinner consistency, add milk or buttermilk gradually until desired thickness is reached.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired before serving.
