Instructions
- Combine sour cream, ¼ cup buttermilk, mayonnaise, fresh herbs, garlic, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and whisk together.
- Taste the mixture and add more buttermilk for a thinner consistency or more lemon juice for extra tang as desired.
- Let the dressing rest for 10 minutes for improved flavor before using.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.
