Instructions
- Mash garlic with salt to form a paste in a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- If too thick, add more buttermilk gradually until desired consistency is reached.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
