The sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs.
- Heat the oil in a large pan over high heat and cook the chicken in batches until golden brown.
- Place the browned chicken in a single layer in the prepared pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Top with green onions before serving.
